Trixi Grant is a results-oriented Industrial and Systems Engineer with over 30 years of experience driving operational excellence, redesigning workflows and systems for greater efficiency, and business growth for manufacturing corporations, technical companies, service organizations (public and private sector), and non-profit entities. Her expertise lies in project and program management, process optimization, new product development, quality assurance, and rebranding initiatives, with a consistent focus on increasing profitability and revenue generation for her clients.

With more than 50,000 hours of hands-on experience, Trixi has collaborated with industry leaders, and C-suite executives, while leading multi-disciplinary cross-functional teams on all aspects of engineering, and technical projects. Her deep experience spans process optimization and new product development and market-introductions for various manufacturers, productivity and maintenance process enhancements, document and process standardization, quality systems improvements, and rebranding efforts during reorganizations, mergers, and acquisitions.

In addition to project management assignments, Trixi's career includes six years in strategic customer care and sales, five years in supply chain management, seven years in manufacturing engineering, and four years developing and conducting training for more than 300 individuals in project management fundamentals. Most of these experiences included hands-on work with ERP systems and CRM.

Outside of her professional life, Trixi enjoys a balanced lifestyle that includes organic health and wellness pursuits (through "Trix-On Health & Healing"), regenerative medicine, staying active with pickleball, hiking, snorkeling, and cycling, and participates with church activities. She also enjoys cooking, home improvement projects, and exploring new places through traveling and cruising.​
