Experienced in building international teams and negotiating supply agreements in over 20 countries, including Brazil, Mexico, China, and Germany.

Trixi is an industrial and systems engineer with more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing, project management, and operational excellence. She specializes in process optimization, new product development, and quality assurance. She has led complex projects for a wide range of organizations and has extensive experience in Lean methodologies, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement techniques. Trixi is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Colleen is a decisive leader with over 20 years of experience driving operational excellence and strategic growth across the chemicals, rubber, automotive, and logistics sectors. She excels in contract negotiations, logistics management, and fostering strong customer and supplier relationships. Colleen is also passionate about sharing her expertise through teaching, leading courses on management, decision-making, and project management as an adjunct professor.  She holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

Amanda is a results-driven business operations professional with over 25 years of experience in supplier quality management, process improvement, and financial optimization. She leverages her expertise in data analysis and SAP to streamline operations and deliver significant cost savings for her clients. She has a proven track record of generating millions of dollars in cost avoidance and improving supplier performance through effective quality management systems.
